Event ID: 49 Error Source: Ftdisk

Upon bootup of Win 2000 server while on the startup
window, the EventID: 49 Error is generated with Source:
Ftdisk in the System log.

I have tried:
chkdsk c: /p /r
fixboot c:
fixmbr \device\harddisk0

I have 1Gig of memory.
The virtual memory is setup as:
Initial size: 1600
Max Size: 3072

Any help would be appreciated!

issue either.

Then I suppose that this one, affecting computers using the /3GB switch in
boot.ini, doesn't apply either:
