Event ID 4097 HRESULT 800706ba and NOT Blaster virus?!

Hi guys,

A few days ago I discovered that my computer at work had restarted when I
came back from lunch. I thought it had crashed, but didn't do much about it.
Today, 4 days later, I saw it with my own eyes.

It looked exactly like I would have the Blaster virus, but after many virus
scans, firewall checks etc. I couldn't find anything indicating I had a
virus. What could be the cause of this error? Also, this has only occurred
two times, not every time I access the internet like the Blaster virus would
do.

Here's the actual error message:

"The COM+ event System detected a bad return code during its internal
processing. HRESULT was 800706ba from line 44 or .\eventsystemobj.cpp.
Please contact Microsoft product Sup[port Services to report this error."


I'm very thankful for any kind of help or tip that could eliminate this
problem.

Hi Mike and thanks for your reply.
It seems like I had the numbers in the subject mixed up. The event id should
be 4609, nothing else. I already checked the eventid page, but everyone with
this eventid and HRESULT says it's Blaster.

Any other possibilities?

I have the same problem on Windows server 2003...
