Above are the error messages that i found in event viewer. I have searched
from the net for the whole day but still don't get any solution from it. Can
anyone tell me what cause it and how to solve it? these two error messages
keep appearing each second.

Any help would be great. Thanks!

Hello Krykino,

The second entry is about .gzip files. Have you installed GZIP? What OS do
you use? What did you install before this errors start?

Best regards

The server's OS is windows 2000 and I did not installed anything. These two
error messages appear once in a while and I kind of ignore it because I
couldn't find the solution for it. However, recently it is getting more
"serious" and keep appearing at the event viewer. Any idea?

Are you are running symantec web security (SWS), If so I suspect this is the source, can't find anything on symantec's web site to fix this problem.
Hope this helps.

Given that there is little information about this problem, you need to get
as much as possible from the description itself. So, for the first event I
would guess that the recvfrom process failed with error 10054. This is a
Winsock error meaning that a data transfer was reset. recvfrom is a
networking API function that receives a message from a TCP/IP socket. Most
probably the SWS (Symantec Web Security) tried to connect to a remote server
but it failed. Similarly, for the second event, error 22 means "The device
does not recognize the command". You can try to restart the Symantec
application and see if it makes any difference. You should also check for
updates for it. It may have its own log with more information about this
matter.
