Event ID: 14

I may not be looking in the right places but I can't seem
to find a reference anywhere, can someone tell me why I
see this message in the event log?
"Event Type: Error
Event Source: W3SVC
Event Category: None
Event ID: 14
Description:
The HTTP Filter DLL C:\PROGRA~1\Allaire\JRun\jrun.dll
failed to load."

Or possibly tell me what affect this is having. JRun seems
to be running.
