Hi Chris
5504 means you have invalid names in your hosts somewhere, usually an
underscore is the culprit. You may want to rename the offending machine. If
a DC, then we have a little problem.

16650 and 13508 indicate a bigger problem with AD not totally functional.

If your DC has an underscore in it's name, OR the SRV records for the domain
do not exist in DNS, this can cause these and many other problems.
Tell you what, check the names for the underscore. As for the other errors,
can you post an (*unedited*) ipconfig /all directly copied from the CMD
prompt and post it in your reply please? That will give us a huge headstart
to begin a diagnosis.
