Event ID 11 KDC Error

Hi everybody,

I keep geeting this message in the system event viewer of
my domain controllers:
Event Type: Error
Event Source: KDC
Event Category: None
Event ID: 11
Date: 10/08/2003
Time: 6:59:57 AM
User: N/A
Computer: xxxxxx
Description:

There are multiple accounts with name
MSSQLSvc/yyyyyy.rrrrrr.com:1433 of type 10.

I followed all the steps in Article - 305971
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-
US;305971&Product=win2000 but I don't get any duplicate
SPN Value.

I don't know what else to do nor what could be the
problem.

Anyone, please help!

I Definitively found my problem in http://www.eventid.net


"It turned out that the MSSQLSERVER & MSSQLSERVERAGENT
services were using different user accounts".
