Anybody seen this before?

Please post the details of the 1030 and the details of any corresponding
error if there is one, were looking for a SCECLI that may have more details.

Here are a couple ideas.

1. Somethings wrong with the physical structure of the policy whose GUID may
be referenced in the other error. Example, the GPT.ini is missing.

2. DNS issues.

3. I have seen a hard to nail down 1030 that was occurring on a Terminal
Server that had an extremely old session still logged in. The errors were
occurring because the users password had expired.

4. Netlogon isn't started.

5. 1- Verify that the OU GPO has Authenticated Users with Read and Apply
Group Policy.
It did.
2- Verify that the OU itself has Authenticated Users with Read permissions.
It did
not. Added.
NOTE: You would need to select Advanced View in AD Users and Computers in
order to
see the Security Tab on the OU Properties.
3- Ran gpupdate tool.


There are many more possible solutions, it really depends on the exact error
that you are getting.
