Event ID 1008 Every Second

We are getting an Event Log error of 1008 about every 1-5 seconds.

Cat: None
Event ID: 1008

The Open Procedure for service "ISWHTTPD" in DLL
"C:\WINNT\system32\iswhttper.dll"' failed. Performance data for this
service will not be available. Status code returned is data DWORD 0.

How can we resolve this on our Small Business server.
