I tried to install some security updates in Win2000 Server
on my SBS 2000 system. Immediately after this install I
had a "bluescreen" and I had to restore my SAM,Software
etc from 4 months ago.
Since then I have had the following events :
Source : Perflib
Event ID :1008
The Open Procedure for service "ESE" in DLL "C:\Program
Files\Exchsrvr\bin\eseperf.dll" failed. Performance data
for this service will not be available. Status code
returned is data DWORD 0.
I have searched high and low, unloaded and reloaded my
Exchange Performance Monitor objects as per article 307613
but this event is still coming up every 10sec.
Any ideas???
Source : Microsoft Web Proxy
Event ID : 14120
The ISA Server services cannot create a packet filter
63.88.212.82. This event occurs when there is a conflict
between the Local Address Table (LAT) configuration and
the Windows 2000 routing table. Check the routing table
and the LAT to find the source of the conflict.
This according to MS KB is something I can ignore I think -
but how do I stop it from coming up or is there a
resolution for this????
