Please can anyone help me get rid of this error.

I am getting a Event ID 1000 on a windows 2000 DC (SDS 2000, running DNS,
DHCP, Exchange AD, SP3), the source reads Userenv, and the user reads NT
AUTHORITY\SYSTEM. The description reads:-

Windows cannot unload your registry file. If you have a roaming profile,
your settings are not replicated. Contact your administrator.
DETAIL - Access is denied. , Build number ((2195)).

I have looked through various resources and cannot find anything to directly
suggest what it is.

Thanks in advance

Richard

This error is most often associated with Hotfix Q329170.
Removing the hotfix eliminates the error. If removing the
hotfix is not feasible, you can stop the print spooler
before logoff ("NET STOP SPOOLER"), and that also stops
the error. The command to stop the spooler can be set
into a logoff script with the Group Policy editor
(gpedit.msc).
