While on the Internet with IE, the following error
occurred once each day for the last 3 days:

"Faulting application iexplore.exe, version
6.0.2800.1106, faulting module unknown, version 0.0.0.0,
fault address 0x000103bb. Fault bucket 32835845."

It crashed out of IE. The PC didn't crashed, just crashed
out of IE. There was no blue screen, etc. Any idea how I
can fix this?

I did add an additional 216 mb of RAM about a week ago.

Thank you for your time on this.

First eliminate any scumware.
See
Dealing with Unwanted Spyware, Parasites, Toolbars and Search Engines
http://mvps.org/winhelp2002/unwanted.htm

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each needs to be updated before every use, even when just
downloaded. There's also a lot more to do than just those two programs.
CWShredder is also available here:
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/regs_edits/cwshredder.zip
**Post your HijackThis log to
http://forums.spywareinfo.com/ or the Spyware forum at
http://forum.aumha.org/ for expert analysis, not here.**
Alternative download pages for Ad-Aware, Spybot, HijackThis and CWShredder
may be found on this page:
http://aumha.org/a/parasite.htm.
If trying everything at that site does not fix the problem please post back
in the same thread.

Hi Frank, I ran Adware, and SpyBot S&D,
CWShredder,HIjackthis and read each entry on what to look
for. I deleted the ones that didn't look familiar.
Internet Explorer crashed again today. It didn't go to
the blue screen. It took me out of IE.

Do you think it might be the new RAM I put in last week?
or do you have another idea I could do. Thanks again for
your time.

A common cause of IE crashes is buggy video drivers.
You may need new video drivers. Check the site for your video board
manufacturer. Meanwhile you can do the following:
1. Use the default mouse pointers.
2. Turn down your color depth. (Right click the desktop and choose
Properties | Settings) Some people find that increasing color depth helps.
3. Turn down your graphics hardware acceleration. You will see little, if
any, performance degradation.
4. Turn off your desktop wallpaper.

If these make the problem go away you need new video drivers.

If you have an ATI video board, try adding these lines to System.ini
