event id 1000 & 1202 logged after every 5 mins

in my server win2000 from last few days event id 1000 &
event id 1202 is recorded in application log after every 5
mins but for ur information i have not made any chage on
group policy
why is this error reporting Pls help!!!
 
You didn't give the exact text of the events so the best guess is the
following response.

One instance where this can occur with no changes would be with IIS being
installed on one of your domain controllers and then removed. The IUSR_ and
IWAM_ accounts remain in the User Rights policies but the corresponding
accounts were deleted by removing IIS.

These articles should help as well in determining if that was not really the
case. There could sill be an account that was deleted out of Active
Directory that is still in the policy.
