Event from the past

In my deleted items I have one Item from 1980 which keeps appearing about 25
times a day in my deleted file and I have no idea why? It is always the same
one...
 
Outlook 2003. Don't use handheld device, but do sync with Google.

Double check on both outlook and google that it does not exist on that date.
