Event 1168, Error 1, Internal ID 30D0702

Hello,

I have following event logged into Directory Events log
twice at Windows 2000 Advanced server SP4 startup + once
per day:

Source: NTDS General
Category: Internal Processing
Event ID: 1168
Error 1(1) has occurred (Internal ID 30d0702). Please
contact Microsoft Product Support Services for assistance.

Do anybody know what this message means and how get rid
of it?

Thank you very much for your reply. Unfortunately neither
article describes Error 1, Internal ID 30D0702 of Event
1168. Do you have any other idea where to get info?
