EveningDew Bible System 2.0.90

This program was designed to be a quick and easy-to-use comprehensive
reference for the King James Bible Version. The program's interface and
controls are designed to be rather intuitive, thus minimizing the learning
curve associated with effectively using the program. The standard download
includes the King James Translation (KJV) of the bible. Features Include:
lists that contain the books and chapters, ability to type standard
references, ability to run all, any, or exact word searches, quick word
search on the currently displayed passage, Hitchcock's Bible Names
dictionary, Matthew Henry's Commentary, ability to take notes, Bookmarks,
topical outline of the bible, Famous Bible Stories, Prophecies of the
Messiah, Parables & Miracles of Jesus Christ.

Version 2.0.90 features some updates to make the interface more intuitive,
updated data for various references to contain more information, and bug
fixes.

Requires Visual Basic 6.0 runtime files

Will this program ever contain the strong's reference numbers? Without
this, I can't see how the program is very useful.
 
I have used e-Sword in the past.
I prefer using the keyboard to the mouse.
e-Sword didn't allow moving between books, chapters, and verses using the
keyboard,
and EBS does.
If by versions you mean translations, EBS offers American Standard Version,
Bible in Basic English, World English Bible, and others.
I don't really need any more than what's being offered.

I don't miss Strong's reference numbers, and this program is definitely
useful to me.
It's great for people who prefer the keyboard to the mouse.
There may be a future version with Strong's reference numbers.

Yes, I've used e-sword for years. It's just great. The Microsoft Word
macros are also great.

I just went to the website -- the Strong's numbers are there! It's a
separate download. I'll get it all and see how it works.

Next verse = F12
Previous verse = F9

Next chapter = F8
Previous chapter =F5

Next book = (no key for this)
Previous book = (no key for this either)

In addition to this, ctrl-L {tab} puts the cursor on the book outline.
