eVC VS vs.net

I'm a palm programer,and I want to develop for ppc and smartphone now.
Please tell me which development tool I do select from eVC and vs.net2003

If you've done vanilla Palm programmiing, you're used to C/C++, so you could
go w/ eVC. The libraries, APIs, etc. will of course be different. Also, eVC
is free.

Or, if you want a memory-managed environment, try VS .NET. Personally,
unless I was doing something where performance was paramount, or where eVC
was required (like drivers), I'd use VS .NET. I have better things on which
to spend my time than tracking down bad pointers.
