Evaluation to Production

I have downloaded the Evaluation copy XP Embedded Studio. I have now received
my production CD's from my distributor which includes the Windwos XPe w/ SP@
product key.
Since I have images created, I really don't want to uninstall. Is there a
simplier way to input my product key into my current install of XPe Studio?
 
Eduardo,

No, unfortunaltely you will have to completely uninstall the Eval toolkit
and database and install the full version. Otherwise you runtime images will
always expire.

Make a backup of the Repository!

Instructions on how to fully backup your install come with the product CDs
: )

I did the same: eval version --> official version to enter PID.

I had a small few problems with backup up the files because the folders were
shared, and the database service had to be stopped/started a few times,
reboot in between, shared folder user rights etc..

If you follow the instructions that come by the CDs, you should be just fine
: )
