EuroValue ToolBar

Hi,
I have this EuroValue ToolBar that appears every time I open Excel (2002,
version 10.6501.6626 SP3). We can close it, but everytime we close and open
Excel again, it's back. It's really annoying. We don't have this problem
with other toolbars. The others one, you add them, there they are when you
open, you close them, they aren't, but EuraValue is back!

.... Help?
