Euro not displaying correctly

Hello,
I have a customer who is using the Storefront shopping cart
application. On a Windows 2000 server, his application is unable to
display the symbol for the Euro. If we move his application over to a
Windows 2003 server, using the same exact component versions, the euro
displays without a problem. Unfortunately, his custom code will not
work on 2003 without lots of code changes. Is there a patch we have to
run on 2000 or something? The regional preferences both look the same.
I realize this may not be the right place to post this, but I'm not
sure which group would be.

What font is used to display the Euro-Symbol?
