These two continue to try to load on my machine.
Antispyware finds them every time and says that is deletes
them. If so, why do they keep trying to load. Help.

I just removed EUniverse on one PC, check if
you have latest definitions.

Menu File - Check for updates.

Download and run CWShredder, Ad-aware, Spybot (in that order.)
