The spyware program keeps detecting EUniverse Browser
Updater. It indicates that it has removed the program,
however, each time I run the program, it re-appears.
Anyone else have this problem?

Yes, try Adaware/Spybot from link or reboot in safe mode and
scan with MSAS.
