I have one user who constantly gets the EULA screen. The
Office 2K suite was installed as Admin, but he has local
admin rights on his computer. He doesn't have admin rights
on the network, however.

Any way to fix this?
 
Log back in as Admin, accept the EULA and the user shouldn't see it again.
