eula wont go away

my end user license agreement wont go away, it pops up
everytime i open outlook, then closes outlook and opens
word, then closes word and leaves me with 'agree'
or 'disagree', i click agree, and we start all over
again!!!

can anyone point me in the right direction???

Er, wrong group, love. This group is for issues with Windows XP - no part of
Office has ever been a part of Windows. Suggest you repost in the correct
