EULA pop-up after SAV 9 install -- how to fix??

OSIRIS

Client has 13 computers, all with Outlook XP (actually Office XP) on Win2K Pro.

Installed Symantec AntiVirus 9.0 Corporate on all of them (over SAV 8.1)

Got the known issue "The add-in "C:\Program Files\NavNT\vpmsece.dll could not be
installed" on all of them. This apparently happens when you upgrade SAV.

Got the fix from Symantec's site and applied to all of them. This fixes a path
in the registry and deletes the file "extend.dat" so it can be recreated
correctly.

Original error has gone away on all of them, BUT one PC now has a pop-up window
every time Outlook is started that shows the End User License Agreement and says
they must click the accept button to proceed. They click it and it pops up
again. After the second click a blank Word pane opens. When they close it they
can use Outlook just fine. This happens every time Outlook is started.

Any ideas?
