Eudora Migration

My organization is planning on migrating the campus from Eudora to Outlook.
Since we are IMAP based, moving folders and mail is not a problem.

Does anyone have any recommendations for tools which will convert address
books and/or filters? The ones we have seen so far are slightly buggy.
