Hi
I have two customers who have ETrust-EArmor firewall installed--I
believe the product uses a version of Zone Alarm.

Both of them are experiencing issues/annoyances when they first connect
to the Internet(both have broadband-Road Runner).

Exactly, they both need to Open the IExplorer Icon, to which they
receive no response. Then, they open it a second time and all is well.

While I am not completely sure the Firewall is at fault, it is suspect.

Any help/ideas would be appreciated.

Thanks
Joe

Yes it is the same as Zone Alarm. Check the settings in "Program
Control" for IE.

EZ Firewall is basically just Zone Alarm with a new skin... same thing
with InnoculateIT/EZAV.

Why someone would discuss FW issues in an AV NG is the question?

Duane :)
