eTrust EZ Antivirus Help Needed

Greetings!
I am using Computer Associates eTrust EZ Antivirus version 6.1.9.7 Engine
Version 11.6.0.0.
Does this group cover that product, or should I look elsewhere?

Yes, I do have a question. Why isn't EZ AV completing ANY scans?
Since I installed EZ AV I have not had one scan complete. Looking at the
log file each day, the entries are always the same: :... scan incomplete"
"... unable to open file - not scanned," or "... unsupported file format -
scan aborted." None of the files on my PC get scanned, ever! I am stumped
as to why this is happening.

If you can shed any light on this challenge, I sure would appreciate it!

You are welcome, grin. I don't have the problems you seem to be incurring.
Of course there are always ones that are in use that can't be scanned, but
mine all complete. I do have an address that I got from the website and
they were quick to answer my queries.....try there. Forget *Sammy*.

As I am in Canada, I have the following general address.....you might as
