etrust customer relations...poor

I have used eTrust for years with no problems, but things have changed.
It does its job and I can auto update OK. The problem is that I have been
reminded to renew even though I have recently done so and have over 300 days
left.
I cannot contact customer support or technical advice because the Web
Support system is unobtainable, tried on two different computers with no
luck. I have tried different e-mail addresses but only get auto response
advising me to try Web Support.
The Sammy thing is a joke really because it gives no info about Web Support
except what it is, but not how to get it to work
All I need to know is how to contact eTrust and get a proper answer to my
problems.
I have no desire to phone from the UK
I used to have faith in eTrust but it is rapidly on the way out.

I haven't been able to access etrust support for about 12 months. Try
emaillling them at the following address:

First....version 6.3.0.9 just came out and they did forget to notify
us.....but I have been talking to Tech Support for the past couple of days
and they were excellent!!

I sent in a query/complaint and got an answer in 24 hours......then they
also told me to download the free EZ Armor which is using a re-badged Zone
Alarm PRO 4.5!! Used to be a 3.xxx version.

I think their support is very good, perhaps if you try from their website,
you will have better luck. I can't give you an address because they answer
you with a link to a website page and my answers were on there.

They have also redone the website.....still fairly slow to load, but it is
much easier to find things now.

hehe - when I had problems I emailed (e-mail address removed) and complained
bitterly and asked for it to be escalated to someone NOT named Sammy... I
quickly was contacted by a human support person via email.

Good luck - I see from another thread that you got through... I too think
that automated web support is pathetic.
