etrust anti virus 7 installation snafu

Hi all,

I've a friend that is trying to install the latest version of etrust av.
She is getting an error that says "Rich Edit 3.0 or higher is required to
proceed" What needs to be done to allow the installation. She had been
running an earlier version of the av program without any problems.OS is
Win98SE. Any and all suggestions welcome.

Go to the eTrust site, www.my-etrust.com and "Ask Sammy". Just
type "rich edit" (without the quotation marks) into the Ask Sammy

contact their web support, or search their knowledge base, ca's tech support
is very helpful.
