Trying to network new Dell 2400 with XP thru an Ethernet
Hub. The 2400 connects to the internet when connected
directly to my 2Wire Portal but not if I go thru the hub.
Two other computers work fine going thur the hub. Why not
the Dell 2400?

I'm not familiar with 2Wire, but since the Dell will connect to the
internet directly through it, if you leave the 2Wire portal connected to it
and then connect the Dell to the ethernet hub, you might be able to use the
WinXP internet connection sharing wizard to set it up to share the
connection that way. Of course, if you do it that way you would need to
have the Dell turned on to get internet access on the other comps...
