So far I LOVE what I see. But I cannot get my WiFi card to work and there are
two unknown devices. One I believe is my built in web cam and the other I
think is my card reader. Those two don't concern me as much. My WiFi card I
think is the Atheros. I have an Alienware Aruora m7700 laptop with an AMD 64
Dual Core 4800+ chip and I am running the 64 bit OS. Alienware list the WiFi
card as W-NWEB 802.11 ABG INTERNAL MIMIPCI WIRELESS ADAPTER WIRELESS NETWORK
CARD. Is ther a driver available for this? If so please point me in the right
direction. I have tried using the ones from Alienwares website (the XP ones)
and that does not seem to work. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated

Have you checked the manufacturers website or contacted them regarding
drivers for your device, or whether they'll support Vista in the near
future? You can report this to Microsoft via here:

Had the same problem on a HP nc6000 notebook. Saw an "Atheros" chip on the
wlan card, and found this file someplace on the web (forgot where). Try
searching based on the file name. This is a beta: vnc-cm9-330150

It worked for me! I am now writing this wirelessly, connecting to my
linksys router. Good luck.
