To discuss issues with ES, post in: eternal-september.support or alt.free.newsservers If their NNTP server is down, you may not get into the first newsgroup but the 2nd one (Ray monitors that one, too) is carried by other NNTP servers. You can also use the ES web client to post into the ES support group at: http://www.eternal-september.org/WebClient/
