Etched frames not displaying correctly in A2K3

When I create frames with etched borders (the default) the etching does not
display correctly but this only seems to happen in A2K3. Is it my
installation or has anybody else experienced this??? It is worst on coloured
backgrounds but MS Grey is still pretty ordinary too.
All the latest patches, service packs etc have been applied

Do you mean an option group? As far as I can tell, it does not appear to be
possible to display an option group with the etched effect without turning
off the Windows Themed Controls option (Tools, Options, Forms/Reports, Use
Windows Themed Controls on Forms).
