Estimated AntiSpyware Release Date (non-BETA)

What's the best guess when Microsoft will release (i.e.,
sell) the 'finalized' (non-BETA) version of the
AntiSpyware application?
 
Beta expires in 200 days (July 31st). Think they should get Windows XP
64-bit rolling and then worry about the antispyware.
