establishing where login scripts run

Hi, We have 2 Windows 2003 servers, one in Houston, one in Calgary. When the
users from Houston login the script runs from the Calgary server and
sometimes vice versa. We are using active directory and have a vpn between
the two sites. If the vpn is down the script will not execute for the Houston
users from the Houston server. What can I do to remedy this?

It should be working fine already, if you have a DC in each location. More
info about your AD sites/setup might help, but you probably want to post
this in m.p.windows.server.active_directory....
