Server.

1. Could you please describe how the authentication problem is found? If it
did not occur right after you began to use the server, did you remove or
install any program/service right before the problem's first occurrence?
Any detailed problem description is appreciated.
2. To determine the cause, please enable the smtp.log file using steps
listed in the following article:
