errors

I have 2 problems I can't sort. One is when I boot up I get a runner error message Invalid backwebb application 137903
and i have amissing file message mscoree.dll How can I repair.
 
Mscoree.dll is part of the .NET framework for Windows.
Go to Add/Remove and remove the .NET framework there.

To reinstall .NET Framework go to:
www.microsoft.com/net or from the Windows Update Site.
