I'm trying to set up my Windows mail and this is the error message that I get:

The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'pop.live.com', Server:
'pop.live.com', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error:
10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

Not sure what his means. Please help.

The Server name should be pop3.live.com.
