When an Excel file is transmitted to other users they get an error message
that "Errors were detected in (file name) but Excel was able to open with
repairs", but, then it says "Damage to the file was so extensive that repairs
were not possible". The data is mostly readable, but all formatting and
colors is gone as well as some data. The file is fine where it was created
but not to any other user.
