7063 is caused by using a forwarder that does not allow recursive lookups.
2. The description for Event ID ( 4004 ) in Source ( DNS )
cannot be found. The local computer may not have the
necessary registry information or message DLL files to
display messages from a remote computer. The following

This error is caused because DNS is using AD integrated zones but AD has not
started. AD cannot start without DNS if you are only getting this error once
at startup you might be able to ignore it. You may have mis-configured DNS.
Run DCDIAG and take a look at the link below for more information.
If you get errors in your DCDIAG run netdiag /test:dns /v and post the
errors from both. There is a 100kb limit on posts so you may have to copy
the errors to separate posts in the text of the post.
3. The description for Event ID ( 410 ) in Source ( DNS )
cannot be found. The local computer may not have the
necessary registry information or message DLL files to
display messages from a remote computer. The following
information is part of the event: The event log file is
corrupt..
The DNS server list of restricted interfaces does not contain a valid IP
address for the server computer. The DNS server will use all IP interfaces
on the machine.
Use the DNS manager server properties, interfaces dialog, to verify and
reset the IP addresses the DNS server should listen on. For more
information, see "To restrict a DNS server to listen only on selected
addresses" in the online Help.
Check the interfaces tab in DNS to see what addresses DNS is listening on.

Post an ipconfig /all this final event may be the clue to them all.

Make sure that the DNS server only points to itself for DNS. Do not point at the ISP in the TCP/IP properties of the DNS server.
This will resolve the 4004 error. The 7063 is usually caused by a forwarder that doesn't accept recursive queries. Remove all
forwarders from the DNS server and test. This should fix that. Also, in the DNS MMC, open the properties of the server and go to
the Interfaces tab. Make sure that only active IP addresses of the DNS server are listed in the list. Removing all invalid entries
on this interfaces tab will solve the 410 error.

Thank you,
Mike Johnston
