errors outlook express

i have a error code that keeps coming up when i open
outlook express it says the message could not be sent
because one of the recipents was rejected by the server
error code Ox000ccc79 please help me (e-mail address removed)

it probably means you are sending to the wrong email address.
 
The message should tell you which address(es) are being rejected and
why. Delete the bad addresses from your message and it should then be
sent successfully.

Most common reasons for this are:

Recipient's mail box is full
Unknown address
Problem with addressee's ISP's mail server
