Errors in games after installing XP

When I used windows 98 I had no problems with my games
running. However when I formatted my hard drive and did a
clean install of windows XP I recieve this error
continually
Error Message: STOP: 0x0000009C (0x00000004, 0x00000000,
0xb2000000, 0x00020151)

I looked up the error and supposidly it is some kind of
system error. I have installed all of the patches and
service packs that I can find without solving the
problem... Can someone help me figure out how to get my
games working again?

Are you over-clocking anything on your system, Phil? That's one of the
common mistakes cited with that error message. This Knowledge Base article

You might also check to make sure all your RAM matches (not different brand
sticks) because Windows XP is highly sensitive (see over-clocking issues) to
hardware out of spec for the manufacturer's settings.

I took a look see and I am not overclocking anything...
Verified in BIKOS that nothing was over clocked. The
memory sticks are the same brand pc100 sdram. I know I
don't have any thermal issues and the memory is fine. I'm
not sure where to go from here.

I experience problems with Starcraft and Broodwars and
some online games. I have only loaded and played Dungeon
Seige without any problems. I haven't loaded any other
games that I own so far.
