Windows XP Proffesional
My system is continually becoming more unstable every
day. I had posted a request for help July 11, and never
received any response. So if anyone can help, please read
the post from July 11 also. This has gradually gotten
worse over the last week. From the dreaded BLUE screen,
to every program prematurely closing with the window
asking me to "send" the information.(Even the HELP AND
SUPPORT program while I was trying to find HELP... I have
tried to write down most of the information in the boxes,
because I am unable to copy and paste. And today, for the
first time the system restarted and informed me
that "This system has recovered from a serious error, A
log of the error has been created". I have tried SYSTEM
RECOVERY to a date that I know my computer was operating
just fine. Also a CHKDSK in Windows utility. I will start
a Defrag when I leave today.If anyone reads this and
cannot help, could you at least respond with another
source I can turn to for help?
 
I am not very good at all this computer stuff. I am sure
that I must have a CD, my computer was purchased from
Dell, new. How can I get some tech help on doing this
process??
