Errors after SP4 Active Directory Upgrade

I recently installed SP4 on our Primary Win2K domain
controller, and ever since I have been getting error 213
in the application log on other domain controllers, and
on the exchange server reading: "Replication of license
information failed because the License Logging Service on
server \\SERVER could not be contacted. "

License Logging Service is started on all of the
servers. I tried stopping and restarting the service,
then tried rebooting each, no success. We are not in
violation with licenses at all. Everything is working
fine, but seeing this error every 15 minutes in the log
is really annoying.

As an alternative, as long as you are in legal compliance with your
licenses, you can just turn the License Logging Service off.
