Errors after SP2 update

Updated Target Designer to SP2, updated components and built new image. When
booted on taget machine FBA gives a "Out of virtual memory" error.
"CallEntryPointThread" errors follow when FBA tries to register DLLs.

I had the same experience before. I solved the problem by putting more memory
