We have one user who connects to our Windows 2000 server
through RAS and until about 6 weeks ago she was able to do
so successfully.
She is on a Windows 98 machine and when she tries to
connect now, she gets error message 650 "The computer you
are dialing into does not respond to a network request"
I have also attempted to connect from a Windows 2000
machine and get the error message 721 "Remote computer is
not responding"
These computers are part of a domain. All the latest
patches/hotfixes have been applied to the server and we
are at service pack 4.
I have read extensively on both error codes and tried
several of the solutions, but to no avail. I have also
replaced the modem with a brand new one with no luck.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I should try
next??
