When you try to open a file with a .viv format by using Windows Media
Player, you may receive one of the following error messages:
Cannot play back the file. The format is not supported. (Error=80040265)
-or-
Windows Media Player cannot play the file. The file is either corrupt or the
Player does not support the format you are trying to play. (Error=0xC00D1199
Cannot Play the File.)
CAUSE
This issue occurs because Windows Media Player does not support .viv files.
Note The .viv format is a compressed format that the Vivo Active Player
supports.
