clear the cache in internet explorer and/or hit the F5 key or Refresh button
in internet explorer. Also, try reducing the security setting in internet
explorer temporarily and then refresh again.

Golfer2, You need to disable pop-ups for that site in your browser
settings,just add the whole web address of your bank page, into the Trusted
Sites section of the pop-up blocker settings. Apply that to any other pop-up
blocking software that you may have installed, and your problem should be
cured.l
