hi plz i've problem

when i try to write in pront ipv6 install i ve this

pv6 install" and it didn't
work... The error message shows, "Failed to complete the action. Error
0x800704b8

why?

i've winxp sp2

Any idea of what is going wrong here, respectively any solution?
