I have told by Aol that I have a user32.dll and a
ntdll.dll error, how do I correct it? Also I cannot get
my task scheduler to work automaticaly, have to scan
viruses manually. Where am I not connected?

Start, run and type sfc /scannow have your windows cd ready.
